Are times too tough for the Urban Tour?

Kansas City's about.com blogger Mary-Anne reminds us that The Urban tour is coming up. It's free and there are A LOT of empty condos and lofts around these parts that need a big audience of potential buyers . . . I'm just wondering if there are enough buyers and daydreamers to attract a crowd. Personally, I might check out this year's even because when real estate people get really panicked they put out free cookies.
