A woman came face to face with three gunmen inside her house near Lone Jack on Lee's Summit Road in a rural part of Jackson County Monday morning, right after they broke through her basement door, police said. She and her husband barricaded themselves in a bedroom while the crooks went through their house, stealing a computer, an Xbox and a flat-screen television. Nobody was hurt.

KCTV fails at local geography yet again.
ReplyDelete"Lee's Summit Road" is a north-south road in the middle of the county and goes nowhere near Lone Jack.
However "Lone Jack - Lee's Summit Road" is a small east-west road in the southeastern part of the county.... near Lone Jack.
