Here's some news that should get a little more play in the mainstream media as the Minuteman Convention approaches: "HATE FREE KC is a group of local Kansas City folks concerned about the Conference of the Minutemen Civil Defense Corps taking place at the Uptown Theater in mid-town KCMO in early February. We are outraged that the Uptown would host this white supremacist, vigilante group and want to make it clear that their message is not welcome in our city. Anti-racist activists, immigrants' rights advocates, and ALL community members that want a HATE FREE KC are invited to an open meeting to discuss possible coordinated resistance. Please join us and bring your ideas, community contacts and commitment to social justice!"

I guess Tony and "The Race" don't want to pay much attention to the potential reality that may not live up to their reactionary and irrational hate speech and arguments.
Hate Free eh? By screaming at each other across a picket line? Staging a protest is supposed to be a method in which to make a point or opinion known. It is not supposed to be mental masturbation enabling all of the brown people to congratulate each other on being "right."
