City Councilman Russ Johnson put on a big show yesterday and put a plan forth to waste almost a million dollars in order for KC voters to forget that he was integral in Mayor Funky's plan to kill light rail and subvert any decision being put in front of voters. I hope it works but it seems to be making the guy look like even more of a clown and a little bit guilty regarding his actions.
