This town is killer

The death toll in Kansas City is now up to 66 according to the latest count on Alonzo Washington's blog.

The latest, greatest and dumbest reasons for getting killed on KC streets:

Stealing a wallet.

Bumping into someone on the street.

Arguing with strangers.

So, yeah you may want to take it easy when dealing with the public here in KC . . . Also, when I was in the suburbs this weekend it was odd that strangers just come up and start conversations whereas, in my experience, you take your life into your own hands while simply asking for directions in KC Proper.
