Royals Management begin devious plan to shrink Kansas City

Yesterday, the management of the Royals unveiled what the new Kauffman Stadium will look like after improvements are finished.

Apparently, they're PLANNING TO SHRINK THE STADIUM along with all of the fans. After years of losing and silly hopes of a turnaround, reducing the physical stature of Royals fans won't be that difficult considering how much they've already been beaten down. HOWEVER, altering the scale of a stadium that seats tens of thousands was formerly thought to be only the fantasy of the most geeky science fiction nerds.

Still, if the powers that be found a way to convince the folks of Jackson County to pay more than a BILLION over the years to finance a structure the hosts mainly JoCo and other suburbanite fans . . . Then altering the atomic composition of the Stadium is no big deal. And in the long run, it doesn't really make a difference given that we all know that the people in charge of the sports complex along with the Billionaire owners of the MLB are much bigger than us anyway.

I can only hope they manage not to screw with the scoreboard, since it's generally considered one of the best in baseball.

  1. Those models are prett cool looking. Can't we train some ants to play baseball?

  2. I'm concerned about the number of empty seats in that revised stadium. Plenty of parking though.
