I recently read a great first person account of the Meth problems being confronted in Taney County. The Branson blog turned in an amazing post that should challenge every one of your misconceptions about this nation's drug problems being confined to the urban core or among minorities/illegal immigrants/whatever demographic you dislike the most. Let's face it, if Andy Williams and his fans have to contend with this problem . . . Then it's everywhere and it's not getting any better.

Besides that, 85% of the drugs come through the Mexico borders. Thanks Tony.
ReplyDeleteLiving in Branson makes me do drugs.
ReplyDeleteI once spent a drug fueled binge weekend in Branson . . . during 7 years of hippie life in Springfield.
ReplyDeleteTo let you know just how bad it was, we were the first people waiting in line for Waltzing Waters at 9:00am just so we could sit on the front row . . . we were the only two at that show. We were even asked to leave the restaurant we dared to eat in after repeatedly complaining about the forcefield around our nachos.
I call it my 'Fear and Loathing In Branson' experience.
