Sebelius takes even more time away from doing her job by wasting it on "green" talk

Deferred maintenance has left Kansas with a half-billion dollars worth of leaky roofs, outdated labs and other items to fix at the state's universities . . . Sebelius thinks going "green" will solve the problem . . . I think blaming the President is a better solution . . . I'm sure the middle ground will be to blame it on Mexicans.
