Downtown ramp closure is delayed until Thursday . . . Hopefully, this ramp will be ready by the time they DON'T find an anchor tenant for the Sprint Center OR the unlikely event that the P&L District will be able to host a huge crowd for anything other than its opening weekend or heavily subsidized events.

Besides there is no parking around the Sprint Arena. What fool would anchor a place with no parking
