I don't know if its much of a debate. Since 2003 when the old operator of the system, EPI, was canned and MAST started running things itself, the service has improved quite a bit.
ReplyDeleteEmployee turnover is WAY down. According to the Star, they've been meeting their response times for almost two years straight. Something EPI never did.
MAST will get its contract with the city renewed. It's just a matter of all the politicans getting their fingers in the pie to take credit for the turnaround.
