ReplyDeleteHow so? The facts of his DUIs seem to indicate that the Leawood police were keeping an eye out for him.
ReplyDeleteHe hasn't been sentenced on the second charge. DUI diversion is standard in JoCo. Morrison (ex-joco da) started diversion as a moneymaker for his office- basically a shakedown for people who don't know any better to just take the misdemeanor charge.
