Larrytown legal battle over smokes goes to Kansas Supreme Court

The Lawrence smoking ban goes before the Kansas Supreme Court . . . However, the more popular activities of binge drinking and casual pot use in the college town remain still retain wide support.

  1. This guy's 100% correct. If this is a free country then business owners have the right to decide whether their business is smoking or non, and potential customers have the right to decide whether they want to dine/drink at the smoking or non-smoking establishment... and potential employees can make the same choice as well.

This doesn't benefit anyone but the insurance companies and whoever they're paying-off.
