Here is what i got from the article:
ReplyDeleteHe beat the guy and knew he was in trouble so he erased the video of it. It was recorded by another police car cam and he didn't erase that tape. The sheriff’s office is still 'reviewing' the incident which occurred 8/16/2005(!)
The Clay County Sheriff's office wants you to know that despite video evidence to the contrary, “What you see is not the way we conduct business, it’s not the way we do things.”
