Here are some phone numbers where you can report local potholes. Unfortunately, there is not a psychiatrist on the other end of the line asking you why you still have faith in local government after you've been failed so many times.

I was thinking that all of these complaints are probably compiled and placed into a Rube Goldberg machine that carries the list through the far corners of City Hall and eventually distributes the complaints as toilet paper for the folks on City Council.
