I don't care if fall and winter are the beginning of "Soup Season" I just can't stand the stuff. Okay, maybe Chicken noodle but only if I'm sick, I don't have to do any work and I can watch cartoons all day. But there better be a sandwich on the way. Put simply, I've always hated soup and I am desperately afraid of getting old or being too poor because I hear that's all they get to eat. Until that point, screw you and soup. I'm going out for Chinese. Also, the "souped" reference dates me (I know) but it was actually quite popular when I was in 8th grade.

That's funny. I've always thought that Kansas City desperately needed a good soup-only establishment. All soup, all the time. 24/7 soup. and maybe a biscuit or a dumpling.
