The municipal code prohibits certain kinds of behavior - including lap dances where the dancer touches the customer - in city-licensed bars and restaurants.
Accordingly, two local strippers/dancers/whatever have been fired and Golddiggers was recently penalized - hehe - for behavior at the South KC club.
And while I may think this is an important issue that requires further examination and maybe a few free example dances for myself from this town's best strippers, I'm surprised that this town's is devoting so much attention (resources) to it.
Given the difficulty of forming a sound conslusion on an important issue such as this, I advocate further research.

Or so I've been told. I wouldn't know about such things.
