KC's black voters could tip the balance

Good for them, I guess. They usually get a better price than the local Latinos but they do have a bigger population. This time of year is one of the best opportunities to make all of that condescending talk from politicos pay . . . And since all politicos are completely clueless as to how political persuasion works in minority communities (i.e. the non-profit and church bus lines to the polls) then payoffs are the least they can do . . . Seeing as how you won't see them again until the next election or photo op.
