I don't know why, he supports them. But then again, he reminds the KCPD that they have a lot of work to do regarding preventing child abuse by other members of their department.
Also, I have to ask about what efforts the KCPD has in place to put some kind of check and balance against someone in their department who had the right to walk around with a gun among the citizenry but clearly had anger management issues. Scary when you think of the obviously short fuse on the guy and how the locals can scream their head off just as loud as any kid.
