The Kansas City-based advertising firm is going to try and depict Citgo as a charitable company. If I were them, I'd try to blame destroying the environment, assassinating presidents, starting wars, manipulating gas prices for political gain and killing the electric car on the Mexicans. Also they might want to use that Turtles song "So Happy Together" because it's working wonders for Claire McCaskill.
