Wow, you can actually do stuff with technology (other than porn)!!!

Unfortunately, the current regime at City Hall has nothing but contempt for the Internet and technology. Hopefully, this will change. Mark Forsythe is one of the people in this town working to make it happen.

Currently, KC is about to break through the digital divide and promote the latest tech from 1998! Very soon, with the help of the City and the Builders' Association, the Kansas City Plan room will launch October 1st. The Web site will allow contractors to download and print construction plans and bidding documents for free.

It seems like a great initiative that will hopefully allow a much more efficient interaction with local government and citizens . . . Almost as easy as letting Diebold do our voting.
