They have it all locked up

The Star reports that for the second time in recent weeks, a Johnson County Department of Corrections official has resigned amid an apparent internal investigation. The headline of the article claims that "Turmoil continues in Johnson County correctional system" but doesn't actually refer to what the turmoil is, because it's certainly has nothing to do with the lack of minorities in JoCo prisons, they're doing just fine in that respect. It's probably the only aspect that the people of JoCo don't mind multi-culturalism.
