Out of touch isn't even the phrase to describe the worst columnist in Kansas City but it's the best that I can come up with . . . He recently refers to Blanco y Negro Awards Gala as "a jewel of the Latino community" - GAG - When so many of us see it as nothing but pretentious crap and basically a prom night for Latinos who have lost touch with their immigrant roots and want to prance around in penguin suits. I had to suffer through his garbage column but you might not want to. Just know that Penn clearly doesn't plan on writing about anyone who doesn't share a similar income demographic.
