I can't say I blame him, I'd be drinking right now too if I was stuck in a contract with the Chiefs. On the other hand, it'll be kind of funny how much this disappoints white people (from JoCo) who still (unbelievably) think of pro athletes as heroes.
Update: It's good to see that the Stadium Tax slush fund has set aside ample funding for booze. Also, I didn't know this city was so generous, doling out drinking money. In many respects, I have this town all wrong. Now, where's my drink?
