Car trouble for a community activist

On his blog, Alonzo Washington reports that his wife was recently the victim of a hit and run. It was a white guy (in the end it's always their fault), so I don't think the "stop snitching rule" applies. Additionally, his efforts to recruit tipsters on his Myspace account are soon to be chronicled by a local TV station and I think the fact that somebody is using Myspace for something other than hookups is newsworthy in and of itself.
