"Flooding Brookside"

Here's a great firsthand report from a local blogger in what should be a storm of outrage headed toward City Hall regarding KC's shitty sewer/storm system . . . Why do I combine the two terms, because they're basically the same thing . . . And that's really shitty (and gross) when you think about it.
