Independence Passes Pit Bull Ban. No word on what they're gonna do about the mullet which is far more dangerous if you really think about it.

Additionally, everyone involved in reporting this "issue" should be ashamed that pit bulls were the talk of the town this summer. Seriously, werewolves are far more dangerous than doggies and I don't see anybody doing anything about kicking Steve Glorioso out of town . . . Maybe it's time we talk priorities . . . A few po'folk getting mauled is not nearly as important as some shrimpy dude with fangs tearing this town to shreds.

Just like women's fashion (and women in general) the local media in this town focused on a trivial issue and now looks hopelessly out of date and without much substance in this manufactured controversy.
