Clearly, this woman has never driven in Missouri. "Paying attention"?!? How they gonna do that while yacking on the cell phone, listening to the radio, putting on their makeup and hunting for a CD?

But, if the road is designed with some curves and other restrictive elements, they will be FORCED to pay attention. It's where the road straightens out and there's nothing to worry about that people zone out and crash.
