  5. I will bet anyone it's 99.9% black people. The demographics? Anywhere you have a concentrated area of blacks. Take a look at Armour Blvd. before MAC came in, they use to have traffic stopped on the street with their fighting, it was pretty funny. These people truly aren't civilized.

I'd also like to know how, using the same broad definition, what proportion of men will be a victim of domestic violence.
