I have a great supply of dope and whiskey, enough for a whole week. There is a divorced slut next door I can bang if I need to. I’m ready.

There should be lots of offers for the building at 909 Walnut for sale for $49 million.
In KCMO any "developer" with $1.98 in their bank account and a smile and a shoeshine just needs to go down to 12th and Oak and make a pitch.
Tell Sly and the gang that their plan will bring in at least another 25 million tourists, create new exciting diversity and density, attract new thousands of creative class millenials, and add to the "momentum" downtown that Sly loves to talk about.
Oh, and make sure to mention the streetcar!
You bring just $1.98 to the table?
No problem.
KCMO taxpayers will make up the difference.
What the LATEST date for the groundbreaking of Mike's taxpayer-subsidized hotel?

The taxpayers will pay for it that’s for sure, just make sure it’s something inside the downtown loop or the deal is off! sLIE don’t give any money outside his downtown because outside the loop he thinks is a waste of money. He’s already proved he doesn’t care about everybody else

Billy Graham's eternal life has just begun, and I'm sure God has said to him; Well done good and faithful servant.

^^^^Except for his son, who is a genuine nutcase, Billy was OK.
