KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Bishop Tony Caldwell is one of several civic leaders and anti-violence activists promoting a new monument in Kansas City that would honor murder victims. It would be a digital monument with the names of victims scrolling in a vertical pattern.

Put a streetcar extension to make sure all the 24 million tourists get to visit the Murder Memorial while they're in KCMO.
Probably best not to tell them about it before they get here, though.

We should call New Orleans and buy a couplee of those torn down statues of Robert E. Lee. We could paint them black, stick a bag of peanuts in General Lee's hand and tell them its a statue of George Washington Carver. We could get the whole damn thing done for a couple hundred dollars and convince the boons they won again.
