KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Bishop Tony Caldwell is one of several civic leaders and anti-violence activists promoting a new monument in Kansas City that would honor murder victims. It would be a digital monument with the names of victims scrolling in a vertical pattern.

    Probably best not to tell them about it before they get here, though.

We could paint them black, stick a bag of peanuts in General Lee's hand and tell them its a statue of George Washington Carver.
