TKC EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT FROM VETERAN WHO MISSOURI STATE SEN. RYAN SILVEY TRIED (AND FAILED) TO DISQUALIFY!!!

Earlier this week we were the FIRST to report that Missouri State Senator Ryan Silvey lost the first round of his court fight against Democratic opponent and veteran J Ranen Bechthold in a recent court decision.

Now . . .

HERE'S AN EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT FROM THE KANSAS CITY NORTHLAND VETERAN THAT SEN. RYAN SILVEY UNSUCCESSFULLY ATTEMPTED TO DISQUALIFY!!!

Take a look:

"I am very pleased that the Clay County Circuit Court upheld veterans rights to to continue serving their country and the state of Missouri. The attempt to bar my candidacy was not grounded on sound judgment and was based on the idea that veterans returning home from active duty service are ineligible to immediately run for office. This is a win for all veterans. I look forward to running a compelling race based on the issues and making my case to the citizens of the 17th Senate District."

  2. be fair for labor day Tk.

The real reason Silvey is under attack is because he voted with labor.

  4. Wow!
Every other candidate running in Missouri is a veteran and "an outsider".
There doesn't seem to be much interest on the part of these folks in any possible issues that confront Missouri, but fortunately for them, the voters are even more clueless and easily duped.
    Entertainment for everyone!

  5. For an outsider he thinks right along the lines of entrenched libs/socialists.

  6. Yep your right. We should just keep electing lawyers

  7. Bechthold is HOT! I'd vote for him based solely on his eyes.

  8. "Clay Country" Swell, the dude is a moron. Thank you for your service but find a gig that does not require writing and keep your socialism to yourself.

  9. "Make large corporations pay their fair share." I'm assuming this young man is well educated enough to know that corporate tax rates in the US are the highest in the developed world already. Is he suggesting a tax decrease? I'm good with that.

  10. Having served in the military is honorable, but it does not make a stupid person smart or confer qualifications for office that do not otherwise exist. The extent that this guy touts his status as a military veteran makes me suspect he does not have much else. A glance at his list of straight-from-the leftist playbook "principles" confirms that he does not do a lot of thinking on his own.

  11. Silvey has a good record and does not appear to be a lawyer.
What did Bechthold do in the service, if that is his only qualification? Where was he stationed? What did he accomplish?
What other public service or elected office?

    1. Based on his military pictures posted on his Facebook, I would say that he spent some time on a OP. He's clearly not a grunt. Probably some POG attached to an infantry unit, maybe MI.

  12. He supports $15/hr but Apparently Bechthold is Pro Life and he has an extreme view on Guns. He wants to legalize fully automatic assault weapons. He is a weird blend of far left and far right.

  13. There is no record of him running for office before.

  14. Bechthold likes his guns. This taken straight from his Facebook campaign site. "The Second Amendment to our Constitution is clear. The right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed upon. Period. This should include crew served weapons, mortars and RPG's as well because honestly semi-automatic weapons are not an effective defense against the tyranny of the state"

  15. Bechtold is a gun loving socialist?
