We see that Mr. Rizzo, intentionally or not, has penned a humorous article here!
Without defining "a true agent of change" Mr. Rizzo presupposes that these words will be interpreted as laudatory, yet the phrase is clearly open to different meanings. After all, one could say that the Ebola virus is "a true agent of change" without being in error.
We especially enjoy the accompanying large photo of Chief Forte, and chuckle at a man who insists on wearing a designer-style hat with "CHIEF" embroidered prominently above the brim......so as to leave no doubt to the size of his inflated head!
Why, if this catches on, we'll have all manner of people wearing extra-large hats denoting their "CHIEF" status.....CHIEF executive officer hats, CHIEF meteorologist hats, CHIEF dishwasher hats, etc.
I don't have a problem with the Chief I do have a problem with the Police being a state agency rather than reportable to our local government and the constant promotion to Chief from within the ranks rather that the best available Chief

ReplyDeleteTony Rizzo writes colorful articles about nothing with no proof, stats or anything else and is chocked with opinion and missing any and all facts. Tony Rizzo should give it up. Forte has done nothing and the only thing he's being decorated for is being the first Black Chief. Forte is wholly dishonest. Don't trust him. Don't believe. He's a fraud.
