TKC BREAKING AND EXCLUSIVE NEWS!!! DEATH PENALTY CHARGE DELAY IN SOUTH KANSAS CITY QUINTUPLE HOMICIDE MAKES PROSECUTOR 'MEAN' JEAN PETERS BAKER LOOK SOFT ON CRIME AMID QUICK TOPEKA OFFICER KILLING CAPITAL MURDER CASE!!!

This afternoon Kansas City Insiders share an important insight and perspective regarding the reputation of Jackson County Prosecutor "Mean" Jean Peters Baker as they compare and contrast her record with other municipalities.

To wit . . .

KANSAS CITY INSIDERS SAY: A QUICK CAPITAL MURDER CHARGE AGAINST THE TWO WHITE DUDES WHO ALLEGEDLY KILLED A COP MAKES JACKSON COUNTY LOOK SOFT ON CRIME BY CONTRAST!!!

KCUR: Capital Murder Charge Filed Over Topeka Officer's Killing

Topeka Police Corporal Jason Harwood was shot to death during a traffic stop Sunday and already a death penalty case is on the table. Remember the Jackson County insiders have advised us that a capital murder charge against Southland killing suspect Brandon Howell could be months away. In fairness to them, they've said that they want to be deliberate and cautious with any death penalty charge that is NOT YET on the table. Also, some insiders in the prosecutor's office advise us that a special clause exists for cop killing charges in Kansas.

Make no mistake, Kansas City insiders are IN A RAGE over this delay in justice . . .

"She said she was going to get justice for the families, where is it?

"This is EXACTLY the kind of thing that make our County look weak and it's a mistake to think that the criminals don't know that our Prosecutor is soft on crime.

"If Topeka can do it, in this horrible case where a guy KILLED 5 ELDERLY PEOPLE then Jackson County need to be able to send the same message to criminals. Jackson County needs to be able to show that we take murder seriously and are prepared to act swiftly. Instead, Prosecutor Baker is going to deliberate and wait for capital punishment opposition instead of just doing her job and defending our community. If she has ethical problems with the death penalty, she needs to resign. In our state capital murder charges exist for exactly this kind of horrible murder case.

"Trying to play politics with this case is a very dangerous game she's playing. In the meantime, criminals in Jackson County are getting a first hand look that our prosecutor is slow to act and wavering in her commitment to upholding the law in a case that demands the death penalty."

Developing . . .

  1. Agree with the tipster on this one.

  2. Not that I disagree with these views of Jackson County, but does anyone honestly believe criminals are reading the paper/tkc/any news to see what happens to this guy? I would wager that not many of them are exposed to the news enough to even know that the crime happened. Am I missing something or am I wrong?

  3. Probably fearful another Ferguson style fiasco will erupt here when the ignorant mobs start tweeting who does this white woman think she is wanting to murder this brother who's a victim of white oppression.

Dear Public Relations and Propaganda Team,

Congratulations for a job well done!!!

The job you have done with this Ray Rice incident has been outstanding, and it's still early in the process.

So far we've successfully accomplished splitting Whites from Blacks, Men versus Women, the Wealthy versus the Poor, while degrading the reputations of the legal/law enforcement community, professional sports teams/players, and white-collar executives at the NFL, national media organizations, etc.

At this rate, the public (the few who are still paying attention) will increasingly grow disaffected, detached, and depressed. All the better for us to increase their tax burden, while granting ourselves tax exemptions, credits, and loopholes!!

Again, thanks guys, you're doing one hell of a job.

  6. If it's of any condolence and reassurance contrary to what the amateur nitwit twitter activists and the Ferguson riot mobs claim use of CS Gas against rioters is not illegal.

The fact is that Article II of the CWC specifically exempts law enforcement use of teargas for the explicit purposes of domestic riot control.

Even more specifically, take a look at:

Article II, Section 7 which defines, “Riot Control Agent” as, “Any chemical not listed in a Schedule, which can produce rapidly in humans sensory irritation or disabling physical effects which disappear within a short time following termination of exposure.”

Article II, Section 9 which lists under “Purposes Not Prohibited Under this Convention” in reference to subsection D, “Law enforcement including domestic riot control purposes.”

  7. and who are your insiders to comment on things they know nothing about such as rules of evidence, eyewitness accounts, and the like? Measure twice, cut once.

I mean come on, the arrest of chuck jr. and chuck III there in Topeka was a no-brainer.

She is just a second rate UMKC legal. Shameful dyke.

  13. If there was ever a case that deserved the death penalty, it's this stinking, fucking NIGGER. Too bad the bastard wasn't aborted.

    ReplyDelete
  14. And I suppose what you mean by justice is a 15 to 20 year delay from the time of conviction until his death sentence has come to fruition. With a side order of appeals to the highest courts in the land along the way to muddle up the "justice thing". And, by the way, millions of dollars in legal fees all paid for by the taxpayers.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Does he deserve the death penalty? Given the evidence -- YES.

But with all the bullshit attached to the Death Penalty Process, it's likely that this guy will live 20 more years on death row.

So go for a quick and easy plea deal. And put it on the table for 5 only 5 minutes. Then its off the table.

How's this: Plead guilty to First Degree Murder on all counts. Life in a Super-Max / solitary concrete box with NO chance parole.

PLUS: He has to recant his not-guilty plea to the acquitted murder case, and provide details including where he disposed of the body of the young girl.

Then they throw him in a hole forever.

Otherwise Not-So-Mean Jean might fuck it all up. But it would also save the state the $$$ Millions that it would take for a Death Penalty case -- PLUS the mandatory and no doubt additional appeals process.

This would be a sentence worse than death for this fucking ANIMAL & MONSTER.

  20. Totally agree with the tipster on this. For too long Jackson County prosecutor's office has been a political mine field instead of an agency that is there to seek justice on behalf of victims. While I'm in total agreement with the tipster, far too often the Black on Black crime doesn't get prosecuted at all. Leaving victims to be forced to walk the streets, attend church, work, live and play among the same people who have transgressed against them which leave no time or ability to heal; which is why street justice prevails. My only addition to the tipster is that justice needs to be delivered equally no matter if its a white elder couple or the black poverty stricken girl. Justice is justice and it should be available to all people no matter who is lined up politically, religiously or socially with the assailant.

Is there one white person with eyes and a brain out that that understands this absolute fact.

Please gimme a break on all this death to the Negro feral animal that killed 7 white people because they are white.

Those who live in Jackoff county have not excuse for this brainless talk of a death sentence for this vile waste of dark meat.

  36. The only law schools worth a shit in Missouri are Mizzou, SLU, and Wash U. A law degree from UMKC is meaningless outside of the KC metro. It's the legal equivalent of a community college degree.

And yes, Mean Jean has her law degree from UMKC.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Get off Jean's back. She is just running the office that Sanders and Kanatzer built. Except she is not suppressing evidence. A case is only as good as the criminal investigation. KCPD is a joke and it all stems from that sorry lot.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Yeah the KCPD arrested the UNKNOWN suspect within 12 hours of him committing this crime. What shoddy police work. How about you direct your anger towards the Prosecutors office where it should be for not doing their job on the first go around with this guy which got him acquitted on a double murder charge back then?

  41. How do you all know this guy is guilty? Isn't that for the courts to decide? What evidence do you have other than what the dead tree media has told you? Why can't we let the court system deal with this situation and stop calling for the blood of someone who should be presumed innocent until proven guilty? If he were your son or brother, wouldn't you want him to get a fair trial?

    1. 11:08, are you really that lame? He was carrying the weapon, he had the keys to the stolen car, etc. It's libtards like you that cause the conviction process to be so drawn out and then appealed a dozen times. In short, piss off.

  42. We first, 7:25, the word lame is a slur against people who are differently abled. I would respectully ask that you not use it in this way--it is insulting to people who already face more difficult lives and access challenges. That said, I think there are rights to appeal built into the court system, correct? I am not an attorney, but isnt that what an appellate court does? And aren't there rights to appeal to a Supreme Court in death penalty cases?

    ReplyDelete
  43. 11:07 how many times are you going to post the same lame comment about the bear. Nobody cares. Ok.

    Enjoy your Alonzo fetish.

    ReplyDelete
  46. 7:36, Thank you for the lesson in political correctness; a cause you're obviously devoted to. However, I haven't heard "lame" used in the context you're selling since kids had polio. I think we've been through, at least, handicapped, disabled, and physically challenged since then. But you, being a crusader for justice, surely knew that. Because my usage of "lame" offended you, I'll just go with the generic ol' term "bullshit" to describe your argument that this psycho ape might be innocent. And beg pardon in advance if that is offensive to the male bovine.
