TKC TIPSTERS TOLD YOU SO!!! RAGE: DESPERATE MAYOR SLY AND COUNCIL LADY MARCASON MANEUVER CONTROVERSIAL CONSULTING CASH AROUND VOTER PETITION AND YAEL CALLS IT SUCCESS!!!
Earlier today KICK-ASS TKC TIPSTERS reported the BEHIND THE SCENES CONTROVERSIAL CONSULTING CASH SCHEME from Mayor Sly and City Council.
Several hours later in the day, on a Friday afternoon as he heads back to the suburbs.
Yael jumps through a lot of hoops in order to call a stinky and underhanded ambulance consulting deal a success ...
Check it:
“The other side of the story is that an agreement was reached where Intermedix will provide consulting and software to the city’s employees in order to increase efficiency and collections in our medical billing processes. The city employees in that role will remain employees of the city. So, in short, Intermedix is still going to be able to help us increase efficiency/collections, but the employees’ status will not be changed.”
Marcason said the city would sign a contract worth $250,000 to do this work — an amount under the level that needs approval by the council.
Essentially, this Plan B means the union employees keep their jobs, but the city — with help from the private sector — might be able to improve how it handles its billing functions. That could bring in more money from ambulance patients.
That makes it appear James and his crew might have outfoxed supporters of the status quo.
##############
Wrong.
WHAT MAYOR SLY AND COUNCIL LADY JAN DID WAS MAKE SURE CITY HALL CASH WAS ROUTED TO THIS CONTROVERSIAL COMPANY AT ANY COST AND DESPITE VOTER PETITION AND OBJECTION!!!
And again, we're seeing Mayor Sly desperate to win at all costs and what's worse is we're seeing Dead Tree Media even more desperate to play machine politics rather than look at this tragic situation objectively and ask why Mayor and Council were so adamant about getting money to this company rather than choosing another bidder, with fewer problems in an open process rather than just playing sneaky shell games with taxpayer cash.
Developing . . .
Something really stinks about this deal. Just about anybody can see it.
ReplyDeleteYael is a journalist with no integrity.
ReplyDeleteKC = Detroit.
ReplyDelete6:06 has never ben to Detroit.
ReplyDeleteKC is more like Lansing. Just nothing.
Yael has never been a journalist! He is a hack with no integrity.
ReplyDeleteOld lady Jan has gorilla spunk up her poop shoot on this one, wonder how it got there?
ReplyDeleteThese guys make the mob look like a bunch of boyscouts
ReplyDeleteSly James = 1 and done
ReplyDeleteLet's not kid ourselves Mensa boy said so!FU KC taxpayers. We do what we want!
ReplyDeleteYesterday: WAAH THE CITY SPENDS TOO MUCH MONEY DAMN FERALS
ReplyDeleteToday: THE CITY IS UNDERHANDEDLY SAVING MONEY DAMN FERALS
Everyday: Make up your fucking mind for christ's sake.
You fudgesticks really think James is one and done?
ReplyDeleteListening 650?
Shit I can't stand the guy but he has a 70% approval rating.
There is this little cabal of Tony denizens who believe that the world started with their arrival and that their point of view is actually held out there in the real world.
Put down the crack pipe. Or, plea with Tony to articulate your point of view the next time he is on Ruckus. Want to bet he does not take the offer?
Stupid is as stupid does.
Pretty sure if some radio or TV show is inviting Tony, someone with an actual resume and life experience canceled last minute.
ReplyDelete"Shit I can't stand the guy but he has a 70% approval rating."
ReplyDeleteGlorioso bullshit, plain and simple.
Mr. Tony,
ReplyDeleteThe failed MAST takeover continues to wreak havoc on our city. Jan Marcason, Cindy Circo, etal schemed with Local 42 to shove a rotten reorganization. We were told that money would be saved from the get go.
I REPEAT: WE WERE TOLD THAT MONEY WOULD BE SAVED FROM THE GET GO.
THEY EITHER LIED OR WERE TO INEPT TO SEE THE TRUTH.
Mr. Tony, I think Jan and Cindy are inept.
Poor things. They have been in over their heads for 7 years.
So, where in God's name is the Red Flag Auditor? Still putting the final polish on his audit of Funk antics?
PLEASE Missouri Auditor Tom Schweich look over the proposed contracts and let us know if it is legit. The residents in f Kansas City are in peril of mismanagement and lack of ethics.
I believe the phrase used at the time of this takeover was "money will fall off the table" and there was supposed to be something like $1 million a year on savings. Clearly when the city is paying a $2 million settlement just this year that's not falling off the table.
DeleteI want my 1% back.
ReplyDeleteSo much for an open and transparent administration. But what do you expect from DEMOCRATS. Just keep drinking the Kool-Aid and electing them.
ReplyDeleteMore Firefighter Drama.
ReplyDeleteIt's just not like this in every other city folks.
Give them nothing more.
FOLLOW MONEY AND THE PAID LOBBYIST. SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT.
ReplyDeleteYael, if you're gonna blow the Mayor, do it on your own time, not the stars.
ReplyDeleteTroy Schulte will outsource everything--just give him time. And the cost to us taxpayers will be unbearable.
ReplyDeleteTroy should outsource the director of public works. After that last court judgement, it would be cheaper.
ReplyDeleteYael keeps his job because of his status doing the ethnic go pro multi cultural anti white crowd so as to mock the straight and narrow white workers- most are gone at the dead media or marked for more layoffs.
ReplyDeleteThese idiots on the city council just will not take no for an answer from the people. So who's fucking who at Intermedix? Or is it someone's family? REALLY good friend of the you scratch me, I'll scratch you variety?
ReplyDeleteThe odor of dogshit permeates through the halls of City Hall.
ReplyDeleteI'm circulating a petition right now to form a TDD from downtown to the plaza for the Main Street streetcar line.
ReplyDeleteYou guys are about to eat shit in April. And the east side can rot.
This is fucking over, pat, sherry and Marsha. All your lies and fear/uncertainty/doubt bullshit didn't move the needle an inch in the real city. I might include brookside and waldo too, just to laugh at you daft cunts when you find out what your neighbors, not just your Facebook friends and the angry old hags at the neigborhood meeting really think.
Start getting bids on a new garage and fence now sherry.
You're gettin wordy again,Tony. Ever heard of LINKING to the rest of the story?
ReplyDeleteWhen you change fonts to do RED CAPITALS, you're probably getting ready to repeat what you've already said.
I get thumb cramps scrolling past your prose to get to the next story.
LESS IS BETTER.
Fuck you Radioass. Nobody cares about you or your MSNBC repeat blog. Your thumbs get cramps because they are stuck up your idiot ass!
ReplyDeleteWord has it that Radioman KC sucks cock behind the Westport Sunfresh every afternoon at 3.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Tony, for being the real voice of the people, like the Star used to say it was. The Star is just another paid-off instrument of the burns and Mac fuckwads.
ReplyDeleteYael does what he is told
ReplyDeleteThis is why I moved to Gladstone
ReplyDeleteYeah I moved to Gladstone too. Our aging housing stock is causing some thug flight. Hope they blow enough money on the toy train to stop busses and no toy train from hauling troublemakers up here.
Delete12:55 you are a near genius. Moving
ReplyDeletefrom: Killa City
to: Gladstone
subject: Brillian
With the compromise no bid contract under $250k the Mayor and city manager took the decision out of the hands of we the people. This doesn't even allow the council members WE elected to vote on it.
ReplyDeleteMensa boy still posting at 10:55 last night. No date (not even with an angry old hag) and really pissed.
ReplyDeleteEveryone who disagrees with me is Russ Johnson! Except 55% of midtown (and 55% of Brookside and Waldo too)!
ReplyDeleteIts funny, in a bad way, if you are smarter than me (smarkc)!
The average kc voter wants their garbage picked up, their streets plowed in the winter, and a reliable 311 service. If that's happening, the mayor and council can pretty much do whatever they want. There's maybe three people that aren't local 42 that are following this story and/or care. Sad, but it's a numbers game.
ReplyDeleteAlso, the city could save tax payer money by foregoing a bidding process and awarding contracts to their friends. The controversy isn't simply about money; it's about ethics, and this mayor and council have none.
ReplyDeleteElbryan, this was a local 500 issue, not a Local 42 issue.
ReplyDeleteThat would be "smarter than I," 9:04.
ReplyDelete9:20; Thanks for correcting that. My point still stands.
ReplyDeleteDeliver us from evil, as they dance with the Devil. The Voters put you in, so Voters " take them out! Clean house. No more Funky Town or is it, it's about Greed, not Community, not family. Embarrassment to the State of Mo Voters. We say no! You say too bad, we want this and at what cost, your dollars "Gimme" forget God! we running this show with no ethics and bullying our way through. So sad
ReplyDeleteThe voters are too lazy with too short attention spans to vote them out. Then you have the other delusional idiots who just want to play nice and see the good in these hardworking public servants who take these jobs no one wants. (I threw up a little while I was typing that last sentence.)
ReplyDeleteMaybe another trip to Spain would help?
ReplyDelete1:19 Gladstone is going hood real quick. Drive up N Oak from Cerner Building to 75th and it looks like Troost 30 years ago with closed storefronts, payday loan places and other hood businesses.
ReplyDeleteThat's because you suburban tit suckers are basically locusts who subsist on government subsidies and taxpayer handouts.
DeleteSuburbs = leeches
KC (river to waldo) = host organism
Ummmm. Have you been down Wornall from 75th to 85th lately, Mensa Boy? You need to get out more.
ReplyDeleteOh, and don't you live in the north boonies? In fact, aren't you supposed to REPRESENT the north boonies?
EVERYONE who disgrees with me is Russ Johnson! (that or the majority of people in downtown, the westside, midtown, westport, the plaza, south plaza, brookside and waldo).
ReplyDeleteNot everyone who disagrees with me is Russ Johnson, but the only person with a motive (future employment) to bring the failed streetcar vote into nearly EVERY conversation is Russ Johnson, who has proven to be a really sore loser.
ReplyDeleteThis particular conversation is about the no-bid ambulance consulting contract, for example.
Oh, and the only person who has a tendency to state unproven generalities and outright lies (e.g., Columbus, Ohio is just a third-rate college town, Indianapolis is nowhere, etc.) as if they were axioms is also Mensa boy, who evidently adopted Goebbels' mantra: If you repeat a lie often enough, people will believe it, and you will even come to believe it yourself.
