KEN BACCHUS WAS JUST SWORN IN TO REPLACE BISHOP TINDALL!!!
He'll be completing the 6 months left on the term AND THEN . . . Insiders say he'll have a bit more cred when running for the 5th In-District City Council seat.

Is the "bishop" title self-applied? If he called himself "Supreme Commander of Earth Forces" would you apply that title as well?
