Last week, Legislator Dan Tarwater went out of his way to welcome Ken Bacchus to the session.

JACKSON COUNTY INSIDERS TELL US THAT MR. BACCHUS IS THE FAVORITE TO REPLACE BISHOP TINDALL VIA AN UPCOMING APPOINTMENT!!!
