Recently, Kansas City crime activist Alonzo Washington notes his success in helping to keep local residents safe.

ANTI-CRIME ACTIVIST ALONZO WASHINGTON REMINDS THE INTERNETS THAT HE WARNED OF HIGHWAY "WOLF PACK" SHOOTINGS!!!
Now that warning should still stand as police note that 13 local highway shootings ACROSS THE METRO might be connected.
Here's an update on the situation from Mr. Washington . . .
Mr. Washington connects the gun violence to gangs but also warns of other individuals who may also be engaging in copycat efforts . . .
Shootings might be for street cred says the KC activist . . .
Mr. Washington does a bit of deserved bragging over making this call . . . While the newspaper is having a strange debate about the use of the word "thug" at least this discussion is helping to raise awareness about random shooting danger on Kansas City streets.
Now . . . Let's hope the same sources calling out these highway shootings will help police find the suspects before more locals are targeted on Kansas City streets.
