TKC BREAKING AND EXCLUSIVE NEWS!!! KANSAS CITY NORTHLAND PREPARES FOR TRIUMPHANT RETURN OF POWER BROKER TERESA LOAR TO CITY COUNCIL!!!
This morning it's our pleasure to report a GAME CHANGING bit of Kansas City political news regarding the upcoming election.
To wit . . .
KANSAS CITY NORTHLAND POLITICAL DENIZENS ARE ABUZZ AMID TALK OF POWER BROKER TERESA LOAR AND HER RUMORED RETURN TO CITY COUNCIL!!!
Word of this impending move has sparked interested from throughout the city regrading the long-awaited Northland Renaissance.
For the uninitiated, remember that Teresa Loar was a former prominent Council Lady who many wanted to run for Mayor. She has been a congressional contender, and top adviser to just about every politico in the metro area. Recently, Ms. Loar returned from Afghanistan and her work on a USAID project.
Since she's been back Ms. Loar has started Sophisticated Spirit a local scarf company that also benefits the women of Afghanistan.

Clearly, this Northland fashionista and political denizen has more than a bit of pull if these local ladies are willing to play model for her . . .
And that brings us back to the point . . .
Teresa Loar is a force to be reckoned with in Kansas City politics. She founded the controversial KCMO John TV and served as the political matriarch for all of the Northland for most of the 90s. . . The talk of her return to City Hall politics has just about every voter across the bridge buzzing.
Accordingly, many worry that Mayor Sly has amassed too much power and control over City Hall as his next, seemingly inevitable 2nd term, approaches. Now, it's clear that a lot of folks are counting on Northland power broker Teresa Loar to offer more than a bit of leadership to a Council that has served as little more than a rubber stamp over the past few years.
