TKC TIPSTERS TOLD YOU SO!!! BROOKSIDE LAWYER LADY PLANS LAWSUIT AGAINST TOY TRAIN STREETCAR PHASE II!!!
A great report from the KC Biz Journal and a nice round-up of the effort to save Trolley Track Trail: "Sherry DeJanes, an attorney at Sherry DeJanes PC, has a plan of her own. DeJanes, a Brookside resident who works in Westport, said she’s going to file suit in Jackson County Circuit Court opposing a petition that would begin the process of creating the Kansas City Urban Rail Transportation Development District. She said she plans to file by the end of February."
Let's not forget a preview about legal action from TKC.

Tony, I a dog humps the leg of the Mayor are you going to take credit for the event and a TKC "Awsome Tipster" telling you aboutit?
ReplyDeleteOk who was it Carl I think that said we have to get mean and throw this crap back in the cities face. Get off your butts people and help this cause. Stop Mayor James and his continuous wasted spending of our tax dollars till we get this town fixed first.
ReplyDeleteThe streetcar needs to be STOPPED.
ReplyDeleteJase Wilson and Neighbor.ly should be sued for fraud. Their crowd sourced funding website is fraudulent and a puppet of KCMO. They are basically double taxing people for community improvements and Neighbor.ly is making a premium doing it.
ReplyDeleteShould be an easy win. City of Kansas City lawyers are stupid. Almost as dumb as the citizens if not more so.
ReplyDeleteWhat City Hall also isn't telling anyone is - Phase 2 costs are in 2019 dollars and generally work out to about $60 million per mile.
ReplyDeleteNot much need to worry about phase 2 in 2019. Sly will have bankrupted the city well before then.
ReplyDeleteAll aboard.
There will be NO STREETCAR in Brookside - everyone must become involved at a grass-roots level.
ReplyDeletePUKE DICK SLY JAMES MEANS NO TOY TRAIN IN KANSAS CITY!!!
ReplyDelete...polar bear say Toy Train to the zoo or NO Toy Train...
ReplyDeleteCause the last lawsuit went so well.
