Recently, our KICK-ASS TKC BLOG COMMUNITY as the first to put reports of a recent robbery spree on blast.
However, in the aftermath the viewing public is less than thrilled with mainstream media reporting. One AWESOME INSIDER ASKS:
"WHY ISN'T THE KANSAS CITY MEDIA HELPING TO KEEP US SAFE BY PROVIDING A DESCRIPTION OF THE SUSPECTS IN THESE ROBBERIES? DON'T THEY CARE THAT OUR NEIGHBORHOOD LITERALLY HAS A GUN TO ITS HEAD?"
So, once again, here's a bit of description of suspects in Kansas City crime who remain at large . . .
"Several armed robberies occurred in our area last night including one at 58th and Ward Parkway reported at 915 PM where one victim was threatened with a gun to his head. Suspects are reported to be eight young, African American men/boys. Suspect vehicles are a black SUV with Kansas plates and a white sedan last seen fleeing westbound. No one has been apprehended.
"Armed robberies also occurred at 40th and Warwick, 43rd and Campbell and in the 5100 block of Walnut. KCPD reminds everyone to be aware of their surroundings and especially to give some thought to how a smart phone is actually a $400 computer that is easily and very quickly fenced. Do not become a target!
"If you have any information about these crimes please contact KCPD Robbery Unit at 816-234-5230."
