RE: Walking Hazard STILL In Tower Park
A resolution on the issue at Tower Park has been reached. It has been discovered that a Water Department pump station ( located in the area inside the cell tower fence) was due to be drained which coincided with a prolonged freeze. The issue has been fixed and will be monitored in the future. The conduit originally mentioned is a ground wire for the tower and not a contributing factor to ice forming on the sidewalk. It was good to speak with you today and thank you for bringing the issue to our attention. Thanks also to city staff that resolved it!

Also, we just heard that TKC earned a name drop when Public Works peeps were asked about keeping in contact during their upcoming streetcar Spanish-vacay . . . Which is nice.
