Independence City Council Member Eileen Weir is running for mayor.
One of you d-bags mentioned that she was running for Mayor last week when she was spotted with Sexy Cindy Circo.
More importantly . . . She has a pretty decent blog where she might one day discuss all of the "spillover" crime that Kansas City Proper pushes her way.
So who is doing that, Cindy or some guy or is it some really weird sex thing.
