KCFD JJ'S INFERNO AFTERMATH REPORT "FACTUALLY UNTRUE" CLAIMS LAWYER!!!

NBC Action News offers an update on more disagreement arising after the JJ's Inferno: "The attorney representing the employees of JJ’s restaurant took strong objection to a report released Wednesday by the Kansas City Fire Department saying elements of the report are "factually untrue."

And remember . . . Nobody is willing to accept any blame other than an old and busted fax machine at City Hall.

  1. It's funny how the Fire Chief was all over the news the night of the disaster and the day after, now the FD won't answer any questions, etc. They are all colluding to blame others. The Fire Chief should be fired.

  2. The fire dept. runs the city. They will not be touched. They put the fire out and that's what they were supposed to do. If I smelled gas, I sure the hell am not staying around the area. Fools!

  3. I think that fire pretty much burned itself out.

  4. Comedy of errors by about every idiot there that afternoon.

I could list and list all the things that was done wrong and KCFD be at the top of the list.

Any half ass sane jury will see that as well.

  7. All of you Monday quaterback idiots do realize that according to Missouri law, a public entity is only liable for $250,000 in damages due to negligence don't you?

    Well of course you don't.

  9. 10:51...I didn't notice any of the comments referencing enormous damage settlements. Or did you just want to throw in some random legal point to jerk yourself off? Shitheel.

  10. Fear and laziness at KCFD will cost this city plenty, and it cost Megan Cramer her life.

  11. Can't believe Sly let KCFD investigate. Their role in the event is what needs to be investigated.

  12. Megan Cramer led a life of sin as a lesbian.

Good riddance to her and her type who chose that ifestyle.

  13. typical city response now all of a sudden the fire dept will respond to a gas leak with sensors and stay on the scene. maybe the fire dept that left the scene had steaks on the grill. i always thought the fire would stay on the scene so whats new about there response except covering for the fire dept\

  14. I don't know who this lawyer is but you would think he would know you can't prove a negative. Besides, how can you work around gas appliances and need to be told to turn out the pilot light in event of a gas leak?

  15. When I had a suspected gas leak in my home, MGE made me clear out and they handled everything including the pilot lights on my furnaces and water heaters. Where was MGE at this scene? Who sends civilians in to a building where there is a suspected gas leak to extinguish open flames? Isn't that what firefighters do? At least when they're not barbecuing or playing XBox 360.
