If so . . . And no matter what . . . This pic signals that Council Lady Circo has CERTAINLY cut the ties with her former ex-hubby and is now out on the town and looking to really carve our a reputation as a Kansas City Cougar. RAWR!!!

And so . . . Given that the City Council has basically become a rubber stamp for Mayor Sly's agenda . . . I guess it's nice to see Mayor Pro Tem Cindy Circo and her main squeeze in this photo having a good time and smiling as they seem to be taking a stab at a beautiful, new friendship.
