  3. Unfortunately, the bishops, as a group, have again proven, beyond a doubt, that they are an arrogant group that will defy whatever rules they don't like.

    I was hoping that they would work to avoid further harm to the Church but it now looks like the legal process will have to continue.

    Sadly, the only way to curb the arrogancy is withhold our money since they answer to no one.

  14. Sad as it might be, perhaps a prosecution of a Bishop will be more effective than all the out of court multi-million dollar settlements. As a Catholic, I support aggressive prosecutions of priests and Bishops who fail to protect and abide by the laws.
