Yesterday, AWESOME TKC TIPSTERS reported on a serious challenge to Louie Wright's reign from Local 42 members calling for his resignation.
The vote seemed to have a bit of momentum but 2 votes comprising the entire membership were required to even send the message.
For the second vote, Louie Wright was prepared.
A lawyer took center stage and noted that the motion to ask for Wright's resignation violates the constitution and bylaws of the union. So the effort was called out of order and the motion was dropped.
The news left firefighters grumbling but even more people without a doubt that Wright always stays winning in these Union struggles.

Louie really missed his calling. He would have made a great dictator in Uzbekistan. And the firefighters are chumps for being the money and front men for Louie's self-importance. If there isn't a "constitutional" way to get rid of him, there should be. Here's a real chance for the rank and file to show who the union should really represent.
ReplyDeleteBringing the Jackson County Prosecutors into Louie Wright's Local 42 fire fighter's union seemed weird. NOW I get it! A Jackson County Prosecutor union member stood up for Louie Louie and cited PROCEDURAL errors. And the firemen just rolled over!

Correction: Louie does NOT "Stay Winning". In fact, he was so terrified of being lynched by his own members that he skipped last nights meeting rather than face the angry mob. His long-time friend Palmer chaired the meeting for him and (with the assistance of a Jack Co Prosecutor, J. Klotneck) ruled the "Resignation Request" motion out of order.

The firefighters are gathering boxes to pack up all of the crap in Louies office. Moving Day is coming, and Louie, Sherwood and all the Business Agents will be gone very soon. This little "procedural technicality" will NOT protect Louie's job...He is FINISHED!

Meeting Two: Johnson, Williams and Sheil were nowhere to be found. Let’s see, where were Lambert and his dirty leg attorney at this meeting, maybe in Blue Springs doing the horizontal mambo to celebrate their very short termed victory.
Most of this shit storm comes from “Great White Think Tank” at Planet 23/B as well as Johnson and Williams. All because Jeff and Travis want to travel around the country on our Pension Funds and get networked up with Money Managers and land themselves big consulting jobs at our expense.
One thing is for sure, Jeff has always been an opportunist and loves to look out for number one, this time he stepped in number two…

ReplyDeleteIn response to your inquiries...Well lets see...I was at my sons Football practice. Williams was at his kids soccer practice. Johnson was working. As far as my "dirty leg attorney", I believe she had parental obligations as well.
As far as searching for "big consulting jobs" while on the pension board, I am confident that BOTH Captain Williams and Captain Johnson would be willing to address your concerns on that issue in person or in writing. Please feel free to contact them...OR you could just post more Anonymous bull$hit here on this blog.
