The Missouri District 40 AFL-CIO Stamp and Endorsement Issue isn't over yet according to TKC TIPSTERS . . .
There is a rumored Will Royster Press Release on the way that wants to give the AFL-CIO Endorsement another shot.
Why?
Royster supporters might be citing undue influence from Local 42 documented in a recent Jackson County ruckus.
The whole deal is a hot mess of Union affiliations, political maneuvering and mudslinging that makes people not want to vote . . . But it might provide a bit of entertainment.
Yes sir I like it! I hope they endorse him. Unions support Union brothers and sisters running for office. As far as I know Will Royster is the only AFL-CIO member in that race.

ReplyDeleteI honestly was shocked that AFL-CIO endorsed J J Rizzo over their own labor member. After seeing the KC Star Editorial, now it is apparent why. This is not good and in the end labor should do the right thing and pull JJ Rizzo's endorsement.

Of course they don't; Union leaders don't actually care about the members; just the money and power promised by politicians. JJ got endorsed because of ugly ass Henry "Guido" Rizzo and its all clear with the county debacle Rizzo just created. JJ doesn't even stand for ANYthing. Look at his website. Tell me what he'd improve for Northeast and how. His family hates Somalis and Vietnamese. This race would be a joke if it wasn't for JJ's Macaroni last name.

The Rizzos were there, Will Royster was intentionally not told about it. Abdi and his paid friends used the not-for-profit event to endorse the Rizzos. Mercedes workers organized right after the war, and German Autoworkers have stronger and more aggressive representation than American auto workers.

ReplyDeletehaving had conversations with both of these parties, over the course of years, i have the opinion that the older man would get better results in the missouri house, but that the fact that both have had "newsworthy" issues in their past is a disadvantage both share, and which you all (largely anonymous) are exacerbating with your comments.
but whatever. i can not vote in this election; it is not my district. i prefer honest people. i hope whoever wins will be an effective force for district 40 and missouri's urban population in general.
