The Citadel Plaza story is evolving and KICKASS TKC TIPSTERS are starting to hear some answers to some of the objections and concerns regarding the expensive project.
Now . . . This blog has reported widespead concern over the PIAC funding process. In fact, some of the GREATEST TKC TIPSTERS are raising serious questions about inter-fund borrowing and legality of the current Citadel Plaza proposal.
To wit . . .
TKC HAS LEARNED THAT CITY ATTORNEY GALEN BEAUFORT WILL RENDER AN OPINION TODAY DECLARING THE FINANCING OF CITADEL PLAZA WITHIN LEGAL BOUNDS!!!
Very smart people who raised questions about the funding process are were correct in stating their concerns . . . And of course, there will be a lot of movement on this story today.
Expect the fighting for Kansas City's pocketbook to continue as this Citadel Struggle goes down to the wire.

10:27 cannot agree with you more! One would wonder. It seems the city attorney would do what is best for the city, NOT what the idiot mayor or dysfunctional city council tells him to do. I am moving to Mexico! At least we know it is corrupt, going in...
. . . and even if it is legal, it is not smart.
While the mayor and council continue to do shady business deals, the citizens who have to put up with this crap are still waiting for the FBI to get their asses out of their plush and expensive taxpayer provided chairs and start investigating what is clearly criminal activity going on with our elected officials.
