Normally, I bitch and moan when one of the news stations picks up a story that I've been reporting first.

HOWEVER, Chris Hernandez did a really great job with his investigation of H&R Block getting tax breaks without fulfilling MBE requirements.

NICE.

Anyway, once again Hernandez does an excellent job reporting the facts, getting both sides of the story and providing a clear and concise depiction of the events.

Long Story Short - The Downtown Renaissance left out Minority Contractors despite worthless guarantees from big KC Companies receiving MASSIVE TAX BREAKS are contingent.
